How we use it: Your story and personal details are used only to create your custom song. We do not use them for advertising, profiling, or share them with third parties.
Storage: Your order data is stored securely in our private WordPress database. It is not publicly accessible.
Emails: We will contact you about your order status. We do not send marketing emails without your consent.
Deletion: You may request deletion of your order data at any time by contacting us.

We want you to love your song. Here is our revision policy:

One free revision is included with every order if the song does not match the details you provided in your order form.
Revision requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Revisions cover: lyric changes, mood adjustments, or structural changes based on your original brief.
A revision is not applicable if the request changes the original brief entirely or requests a completely different song concept.
To request a revision, reply to your delivery email with specific and clear feedback.

Due to the nature of custom creative work, our refund policy is as follows:

Before production begins: If you request a cancellation before we have started your song, you are eligible for a full refund.
After production begins: Once production has started, refunds are not available. We will, however, work with you through our revision process to ensure satisfaction.
Exceptional cases: If we are unable to deliver your song within a reasonable time or are unable to fulfill your order, a full refund will be issued.
Refunds are processed back via USDT TRC20 to the wallet you paid from, within 7 business days of approval.

By placing an order, you agree to the following:

Each custom song is created exclusively for personal gift use.
You may share the song privately with family and friends via the delivery link or download.
You may post the song on personal social media accounts as a gift, with credit appreciated.
Commercial use — including use in advertisements, businesses, public performances, sync licensing, or any revenue-generating context — requires a separate commercial license. Contact us before ordering if you need commercial rights.
The producer retains the underlying copyright to the music composition and recording. You receive a personal use license.
Reference songs provided are used for inspiration only. Your final song will be entirely original and not a reproduction of any existing work.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on order volume and complexity.
Mini Song: approximately 3–5 business days.
Full Custom Song: approximately 5–8 business days.
Premium Story Song: approximately 7–10 business days.
Rush / urgent orders are handled on a best-effort basis. Mark your order as urgent and select the earliest possible needed-by date.
Delivery is via a private secure link sent to your email address.
